Laguna Campground (mile 47.5) to Pedro Fages Trailhead (mile 61)
(14.5 miles, +1,400/-2,200 feet).

MixMaster and I had perfect 60 degree weather for this day hike on the PCT. The desert views were spectacular!

We passed a weird outcrop of rocks with lots of graffiti and memorials for the deceased, but I forgot to take pictures.

On the way home we stopped by Hamilton’s Tavern, my favorite watering hole in San Diego.
